Dental Pain? Get Same-Day Emergency Care.
From sudden tooth pain to a knocked-out tooth or lost crown, our team offers same-day care to relieve your pain, stop infection, and get you back to your routine.
When Do You Need Emergency Dental Care?
Call us right away for a same-day visit if you have any of the following:
- Severe or persistent tooth pain
- Swelling in your gums or face
- A knocked-out permanent tooth
- Bleeding that won’t stop
- Signs of infection, such as fever or facial swelling
- A broken tooth causing sharp pain
What to Do Right Now
Call us first, then follow these steps to protect your tooth and ease discomfort until your visit.
Toothache
Take an anti-inflammatory like ibuprofen or Aleve, and use a cold compress for swelling. Note what makes the pain worse, like hot or cold foods, to help us diagnose it faster.
Knocked-Out Tooth
Hold it by the crown, not the root. Rinse gently with warm water, no scrubbing or soap. Place it back in the socket, or keep it in milk, saliva, or between your cheek and gum. Don’t store it in plain water.
Broken or Chipped Tooth
Apply gentle pressure with clean gauze if it’s bleeding. Avoid chewing on that tooth, and cover sharp edges with dental wax or sugar-free gum.
Lost Crown or Filling
Avoid chewing on that side. If it’s sensitive, you can temporarily reattach a crown with toothpaste or dental cement from the pharmacy. Bring it with you.
These steps aren’t a substitute for professional care. Call (480) 576-7100 for a same-day visit.
