Meet Dr. Beckham

Dr. Mike Beckham grew up with a strong work ethic, spending summers working in factories and playing high school football. After earning his undergraduate degree at the University of Arizona, he attended dental school at the University of Illinois before moving to Phoenix in 1981. After two years as an associate dentist, he wanted to build something different—a practice where patients receive the care, respect, and service they truly deserve.

Determined to make a difference, Dr. Beckham started his own practice, which he ran for 25 years before selling it and founding Cave Creek Dental. One of the most rewarding parts of his career is helping patients who have had negative dental experiences in the past regain their confidence. Restoring function, transforming smiles, and providing compassionate care isn’t just his profession—it’s his passion.

Dr. Beckham has been married to his wife, Reneé, for over 20 years. They have two sons, three cattle dogs, and a 20-year-old African Grey Parrot, Joey, who enjoys riding on Dr. Beckham’s bike handlebars. When he’s not in the office, you’ll find Dr. Beckham hiking, running, or enjoying all that Cave Creek has to offer.

Meet Dr. Campbell

Dr. Margaret Campbell is proud to be back in Arizona, bringing her passion for dentistry and patient care to the community where she grew up. A graduate of Greenway High School, she earned her bachelor’s degree in anthropology from the University of Washington before spending several years working as an archaeologist in the Pacific Northwest and Alaska.

Her love for helping people led her to pursue dentistry at Oregon Health and Sciences University, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree in 2015. Since then, Dr. Campbell has provided care across the Pacific Northwest and Alaska, gaining valuable experience before returning home to Arizona. Now, as part of the team at Cave Creek Dental, Dr. Campbell is committed to delivering expert, compassionate care with a gentle touch. She takes the time to understand each patient's needs, helping them feel comfortable and confident in their smiles.

Outside the office, Dr. Campbell enjoys spending time with her husband, Todd, a veterinarian, and their three children. She loves hiking, fishing, gardening, photography—and still has a soft spot for Alaska!

Meet Dr. Vanco

Dr. Vanco is a dedicated and highly skilled dentist with over 20 years of clinical and entrepreneurial experience. After earning his Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Michigan State University, he went on to obtain his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2003. Throughout his career, Dr. Vanco has excelled in comprehensive dentistry, including cosmetic procedures, implants, orthodontics through Invisalign, and full-mouth reconstruction. He previously owned and operated a multi-location dental group, leading a team that consistently ranked in the top 1% nationally for over seven consecutive years.

Now part of the team at Cave Creek Dental, Dr. Vanco continues his commitment to providing top-tier dental care in a welcoming and comfortable environment. His passion for dentistry is matched by his dedication to ongoing education, ensuring his guests receive the most advanced and effective treatments available.

Dr. Vanco enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, mountain biking, fly fishing, golfing, and volunteering within his community.
